Cancellation Policy

All sessions are paid in advance to secure your spot and ensure commitment on both sides. We understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. We'll work with you to reschedule. Repeating cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the session being forfeited, except in cases of emergency. If you’re on a multi-session plan, we’ll work with you to reschedule within a reasonable time frame. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or unused packages after 30 days of inactivity or reasonable efforts to contact you.
